Reschedule My Ticket

We know life happens! If you need to reschedule your ticket please fill out info below.

CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE CLASS?  NO WORRIES.  RESCHEDULE YOURSELF FOR ANOTHER NIGHT.

Use the form below to obtain a voucher. Voucher codes are used on the CHECKOUT page when you pay for an event. Simply enter your voucher code as a coupon to redeem your voucher. Your voucher will work on any public event or private party ticket

You can get a voucher for another painting event at any time, but if you reschedule within 24 hours there will be a 25% last minute rebooking fee.
Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of our events, please read our cancellation policy for weekly paint and sip events below:

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A VOUCHER will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. A voucher is valid for 3 months from original scheduled event. To get a voucher please visit Reschedule My Ticket

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: Arrivals more than 15 minutes after painting session has started are welcome to paint but will need to catch up on their own. Painter arriving 30+ minutes after start of class will NOT be allowed to paint or receive a store credit.

**Starry Nite Studios reserves the right to change the instructor, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled, all painters will get a FULL REFUND. Starry Nite Studios and its staff/representatives reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is in violation of our studio policies.
